All featured courses will be held at the traditional Auberge du Balestie. In the heart of Cathar country just 30 minutes from Carcassonne, nestled on top of a hill, overlooking a picturesque lake and with magnificent views of the Pyrenees, the setting of the hotel is quite simply outstanding.

Dave and Sylvia Allett have owned and run the hotel and restaurant for 7 years. They have won much acclaim for their warm welcome and friendly, informal hospitality.
To simplify billing, we ask customers to settle for their accommodation directly with the hotel - please note that this in addition to the course price. The price for 7 nights accommodation on half board sharing a twin room is 329€ per person. The single occupancy rate is 441€. |
