Whether you need a total wellness "makeover" or just a little tweak here and there, our KickStart programme will target the specific areas in which you need to improve. Using a combination of interesting, informative and fun "thinking" and "doing" sessions (at a pace to suit you), we will work together to plan small changes that will result in BIG improvements.

ACTIVITY PRICES: €599 per person (10% discount when two or more people book together)
Airport collection €50.00 each way and packed lunches also available.
ACCOMMODATION: 6 night bed and breakfast and evening meals provided by La Maison de Roquefort (€150.00 winter/€204.00 summer). Room and meals to be paid for locally in addition to the Potential Energy package price.
