There are many reasons for people feeling they need to improve their health and fitness at certain times in their lives, these include:

  7. You may have suffered an injury or illness and would like to start to re-build your body.

  8. You have a desire to challenge yourself in a particular way - perhaps you would like to complete a long-distance walk for example and would benefit from initial additional fitness.

  9. You need to be encouraged with knowledge and an innovative approach to motivate you to take control and manage your own health and fitness.

Whether you need a total wellness "makeover" or just a little tweak here and there, our KickStart programme will target the specific areas in which you need to improve. Using a combination of interesting, informative and fun "thinking" and "doing" sessions (at a pace to suit you), we will work together to plan small changes that will result in BIG improvements.

 

KickStart is DIFFERENT because:

A TYPICAL KickStart   INCLUDES:

  • Fun and informative personal health and wellness analysis

  • Diet overview

  • Health and fitness workshops – (e.g.: how the body works, eating for health, how to fit activity into your lifestyle, core strength, posture, balance, keeping active as you grow older)

  • Activities to suit you - walking, cycling, power walking, tennis, light weights sessions etc.

  • Massage (1 hour included, further sessions at discounted rate)

  • Ideas and suggestions to ensure continued success upon your return home

Fitness – The Next Level  

Even if you are already fairly fit and exercise regularly, sometimes it’s good to ring the changes and try other activities or ways to move yourself off a fitness ‘plateau’.

Return home armed with new and innovative ideas to move yourself on to THE NEXT LEVEL!

 A TYPICAL Fitness – The Next Level   INCLUDES:

  • Personal health and wellness analysis

  • Activities could include the following: - walking, cycling (road / mountain biking) Nordic walking, running, tennis, light weights sessions etc.

  • Health and fitness workshops – (e.g.: how the body works, eating for health, core strength, posture, balance, keeping active as you grow older)

  • How to use a heart rate monitor

  • Massage (1 hour included, further sessions at discounted rate)

  • Ideas and suggestions to ensure continued progress upon your return home

 

ACTIVITY PRICES: €599 per person (10% discount when two or more people book together)

 

Airport collection €50.00 each way and packed lunches also available.

 

ACCOMMODATION: 6 night bed and breakfast and evening meals provided by La Maison de Roquefort (€150.00 winter/€204.00 summer). Room and meals to be paid for locally in addition to the Potential Energy package price.
